These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Tareefy, operated by Harsh Chauhan (sole proprietor), based in Surat, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using Tareefy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Tareefy.
Tareefy helps local businesses collect Google reviews, draft and publish review replies, and create posts for their Google Business Profile and other channels, with content suggestions in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. Tareefy is a tool that assists you. You remain responsible for the content you approve and publish.
When using Tareefy, you agree not to:
You are responsible for making sure the content you publish through Tareefy is accurate and follows the rules of the platform it is posted to.
Tareefy works with third-party services, including Google. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. Tareefy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We are not responsible for changes those services make, or for their availability. Your use of Google features through Tareefy must follow Google's applicable terms and policies.
You keep ownership of your business information and the content you create. You grant Tareefy the permission needed to store, process, and publish that content in order to provide the service. Tareefy and its name, design, and software remain our property. Suggestions generated for you are yours to use, edit, and publish, and you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.
Some Tareefy features may be free and others paid. Where a feature is paid, the price and billing terms will be shown to you before you are charged. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.
Tareefy is being actively developed, and some features may be in early access or testing. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause or stop the service. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes, but we are not liable for changes to features that are labelled as early access or beta.
Tareefy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that using Tareefy will produce any particular result, such as a specific number of reviews or a specific ranking on Google. Search ranking and visibility are controlled by Google and other platforms, not by us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tareefy and the person who operates it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tareefy will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using Tareefy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue (such as content, disclaimers, and liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them or to Tareefy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
